Sooo, here we go! This is the first of the series and I'm still developing the skills and the format.... but you get the idea.

I'd love your feedback about it, in particular with regards to the topics covered, the quality of the video/audio and the duration

There are a few good tips about post processing here that can help you out in a lot of situations.

A couple of new dates have been scheduled for the Food Photography and Styling Workshop - both in Sydney and Melbourne; hit me with an email if you are interested in attending; full details about the two classes on my workshops page

The image above is an example of the type of work we'll be doing; this one was a 2 lights setup , with flash; we " build " the images from scratch, one step at the time, food styling, composition, lighting and a little bit of editing - it's good fun !

The one below instead was an exercise on how to shoot very reflective food/ ingredients, and it was shot by the window, with natural light.
